Automatic Timed Condensate Drain Valve for Compressed Air (AC110v) with Power Cable

The Automatic Electronic Timed Drain Valve comes with a 1.8m Power Cable (3PIN US Plug) and is equipped with a sub-drain valve to simulate circuits. It also features a solid state electronic timer solenoid valve that matches the compressed air system to achieve automatic timed condensate discharge. This makes it suitable for use in gas tanks, drip legs, and other components of compressed air systems.

The drain valve includes a test button and an intervals, emission time adjustment knob, making it easy to install and providing fully automatic operation. The specifications include a time interval (OFF) of 0.5 to 45 minutes and a discharge time (ON) of 0.5 to 10 seconds. It also has a manual test button (micro switch), a power supply voltage of AC110 50HZ, and a maximum current consumption of 4mA. The ambient temperature range is from minus 40°C to 60°C and the shell material is flame retardant ABS plastic. The electrical connection is DIN43650A and it includes an indicator lamp with LED indicating power on/off.

This two two direct-acting valve has an in/out port size of 1/2", a maximum working pressure of 1.6Mpa, and a maximum temperature of 90°C. The valve is made of forging brass with a flow aperture of 5mm, insulation class H, and protection grade IP65. The voltage range is ±10%.
